Digital learning has become a standard part of corporate development—companies invest in e-learning, training programs, and employee benefits. Yet HR teams often struggle with fragmented content and multiple tools that are hard to navigate.

That’s why OKbase, in partnership with Scormium, is introducing a new learning module that brings everything together in one clear and easy-to-use solution. It combines traditional LMS functions with advanced tools for competency management, onboarding, and learning path planning, delivering a richer user experience as part of a modern Learning Experience Platform (LXP).

Learning under one roof

The new module is built on a simple principle: employees and managers have everything in one place.

Within the module, companies can assign e-learning courses, mandatory compliance tests (such as health & safety or fire protection), and also manage in-person training—which plays a crucial role especially in manufacturing companies. Thanks to its integration with Scormium, users gain access to a wide catalog of courses from trusted providers. The benefits are clear: less administration, better oversight, and faster access to content.

Beyond a traditional LMS

Unlike conventional systems that focus primarily on content delivery, the new module goes much further. Its main focus is employee development and competency management. Managers gain a clear overview of the strengths and weaknesses of individuals in their teams and can plan training strategically, based on real needs.

Learning paths add significant value: they not only support the onboarding of new employees but also set long-term development plans, guiding staff from their very first day through to advanced leadership training.

A strategic advantage for HR

Corporate learning is a driver of innovation. Well-trained employees keep pace with workload, adopt new processes and technologies, handle unexpected situations more effectively, and ultimately help ensure successful delivery for customers.

For HR departments, the new module brings concrete advantages: time savings through centralized content, more efficient onboarding and continuous development, and stronger employee motivation to grow.

What’s next?

The official launch of the new OKbase learning platform in cooperation with Scormium is just around the corner, scheduled for late November to early December this year. Corporate learning is evolving into a tool that truly supports company growth.
