Analysis and definition of goals

A thorough analysis of the client’s needs is the foundation for a successful project. The analysis informs us about the workload and timeframe for implementation. It also identifies the choice of appropriate technology and, in case of a custom development, the development tools, design, and UX of the future solution.

Processes redesign and development
