The information is issued in accordance with Article 13 (1) and (2) of the GDPR1 and applies to the following activities: any data collected from online registration (events), newsletter subscription.
Information obligation (Article 13):
The administrator of personal data is OKsystem a.s. with its registered office at Na Pankráci 1690/125, 140 00, Praha 4 - Nusle, IČ: 27373665 (hereinafter also the Administrator);

The purpose of the processing for which personal data are processed is the identification of the customer/client who registers as a natural person/representative of the legal entity for the purpose of participating in the announced event, the offer and use of other related services of the Administrator or the subscription of the newsletter.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is in accordance with Article 6, §1 GDPR:
Any information collected from our users will not be forwarded to any third party.
The administrator does not intend to forward the personal data to a third country or international organization.
The period during which the personal data will be processed results from the legal regulations regulating the duties of the Administrator in carrying out business activities, including keeping accounting documents pursuant to the Act on Accounting and related legal regulations; Furthermore, the processing of personal data is governed by your interest in the products and services offered by the Administrator. If you decide that you are no longer interested in these services, you may refuse to offer them in accordance with Article 21, which governs the right to object to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes. If the data subject objects to processing for direct marketing purposes, personal data will no longer be processed for that purpose.
Under the conditions laid down in Article 15 you have the right to request access from the Administrator to your personal data, to correct it or to delete it, or to limit processing, as well as the right of data portability (info@oksystem.cz).
If you believe that the processing of your personal data violated GDPR, you have the right to complain at the Data Protection Office.
You are required to provide your personal information for the purposes of negotiating and implementing the Terms and Conditions. When using other services, providing your contact personal information is a necessary and necessary requirement to meet your expectations regarding our offer of information and services.
As part of the processing of your personal data, there is no automated decision-making referred to in Article 22 §1 and §4. As far as profiling is concerned, this is done by the Administrator only as a possible preference for sending an offer of goods and services according to an earlier customer choice without any negative consequences for the customer. The customer is entitled at any time to object to profiling in accordance with Article 212 GDPR.
The administrator does not intend to process your personal data for any purpose other than the purpose for which it was collected.
