OKsystem and Acuative form business partnership

OKsystem has joined with an American company, Acuative, to cooperate on development and use of security mobile apps. The partnership seeks to expand OKsystem’s products into the American market.

At first, the cooperation will be focused on mobile apps for sending encrypted Babel texts.

“We are pleased to have this opportunity to work with such a successful company like Acuative,” said Martin Prochazka, the CEO of OKsystem. “Acuative is going to verify and launch Babel Enterprise for their in-house requirements. And after that, Acuative is going to offer the application, which is meant to be used by companies, to their customers. We hope to spread the word about our application on the American market,” said Martin Kudrnáč, the CEO of subsidiary OKsystem Inc. Company officials agreed on the terms of the partnershp in Prague in July. Acuative CEO Vince Sciarra visited OKsystem headquarters, and was introduced to the very first development plans of the application for the American market. “I can see a lot of potential in this partnership with OKsystem and our company, Acuative, which operates in the American and Canadian markets. The meeting with Martin Prochazka and the visit of OKsystem in Prague exceeded my expectations. I am sure our business plans and our specialties complement each other,” said Sciarra.

OKsystem is a Czech software company, which has been present on the Czech IT market since 1990. It entered the American market in 2012. The company supplies software and new technologies, and provides all-embracing services. It has become an innovator and provider of extensive application software systems in multi-tier architecture for the Internet and intranet.

OKsystems also specializes in developing systems for HR management, and in the area of security and chip cards, designing and realization of mobile applications, data warehouses, and many other services like professional consultation, authorized training courses of computers, and the company also provides testing of IT professionals’ knowledge.
