The trading company OKsystem s.r.o., entered in the Companies Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, volume 109230, has changed its legal form to that of a joint-stock company pursuant to Act No 125/2008 Coll., concerning changes of trading companies and cooperatives. As of 1. 1. 2015 the business name of the company is OKsystem a.s.
The identification number (IČ) 27373665, the company registered office and ownership structure remain unchanged. The company is now recorded in the Companies Register of the Municipal Court in Prague in section B, volume 20326. Martin Procházka, the previous executive of OKsystem s.r.o., has become the chairman of the board of OKsystem a.s., and the deputy chairman of the board is Pavel Čížek. Michal Krejčí, Ivo Rosol and Vítězslav Ciml are also represented on the five-member board.
