What is terminal as a service?
This is an optional part of our SaaS offering, OKbase, which allows you to rent attendance terminals without a one-time investment. Instead, you pay a monthly fee, which includes:
- Preparation, installation, and configuration of terminals.
- Maintenance and remote monitoring of the terminals.
- Regular software updates.
- Repairs of faulty components and service interventions.
- Provision of a replacement terminal in case of a failure.

Availability for on-premise customers
This service is available to both customers using OKbase as SaaS and those who have OKbase installed on their own servers (on-premise). The price of the service is the same for all clients.
Delivery time
The service can be available within 14 days of your order, with the requirement that you physically install the terminal at the operation site.
Technical information
The service includes the rental of UTC – 510 terminals, equipped with an integrated chip card reader, LED backlit 10" or 10.1" TFT touch display, and a lifetime warranty for device failures (excluding physical damage) during the rental period.
