OKsystem is a partner of the Czech participation at the international EXPO 2025 exhibition in Osaka, Japan. As part of this partnership, we have developed an app that serves as a guide for visitors to the Czech pavilion.

It helps both visitors and organizers navigate the dynamic events in the pavilion, making the most of the potential of this global event. It provides key information about the pavilion and guides visitors through a virtual map, where they can view detailed information about the exhibits, their exact location in the pavilion, and other interesting facts related to each exhibit. The app also allows for easy navigation of the extensive program and offers an overview of all cultural and business events. You’ll also find the popular mascot René, who is very well-liked at EXPO. In the app, you can read about his origin, interesting history, and where to get his plush version.

With a daily attendance of 7,000 to 10,000 people, efficient activity management in the pavilion is essential—and our app makes it easier. It works not only as a practical tool for EXPO visitors in Osaka, but we also recommend downloading it here in the Czech Republic. That way, you can virtually experience this global event from afar. You can learn more about what the app offers and how to use it in the video with our CEO, Vítězslav Ciml:

"The partnership within the Czech participation at EXPO represents an important opportunity for us to support the presentation of the Czech Republic on the international stage. At the same time, it is an exciting chance to introduce OKsystem to our international business partners and new customers. We look forward to meeting them in person in Osaka," says Vladimír Fuchs, CSO of OKsystem.

The World Expo 2025 in Osaka takes place from April 13 to October 13, 2025, on the artificial island of Yumeshima. The central theme is "Designing Future Society for Our Lives," focusing on building a sustainable and prosperous society for future generations. In this spirit, the Czech national pavilion also plays its part, rightfully attracting a large number of visitors. Around 130,000 people attend EXPO each day, making it undoubtedly one of the biggest events of the year.
