The JENDA client zone of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs won the Egovernment The Best 2025 competition in the Central Projects category.
OKsystem has also been long involved in the development and enhancement of the JENDA portal and other applications for the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. The project is one of the key tools for the digitalization of the social sector and the processing of allowances and benefits, and it is used by millions of citizens in the Czech Republic.

For twenty years, Egovernment The Best competition has highlighted projects that advance the digitalization of public administration in the Czech Republic. The aim of the organizers is to draw attention to solutions that bring tangible improvements for citizens as well as for state administration institutions. The competition is organized by Egovernment magazine in cooperation with ICZ.
The JENDA client zone is the official web and mobile application of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, enabling citizens to submit and manage applications for various state benefits and allowances online, such as parental allowance, housing allowance, or unemployment support. The aim of the project is to simplify and speed up administrative processes and to allow people to handle their affairs from the comfort of their homes.
