VFN helps patients, we help VFN

At the beginning of November, the General University Hospital in Prague approached us with a request to increase the number of licensed users of the human resource system OKbase. They needed to plan shifts and manage remuneration for hundreds of medical students and volunteers who were – and are – helping to cope with the emergency situation. “In three minutes, I could call back and confirm that we of course can help and would increase the number of users free of charge for so long as needed,” says Petr Panec, OKsystem’s sales director.

At the same time, for the past four weeks, we have been preparing fresh snacks for the medical staff of the University Hospital. “Although our 2400 snacks is just a drop in the bucket, we hope that we raised not only the blood sugar levels but also the spirits of the tired nurses. We had the chance to get to know the operations of the General University Hospital under normal conditions when implementing OKbase, and since that time we immensely appreciate the work of all the personnel,” adds Vítězslav Ciml, OKsystem’s Chief Executive Officer.
