The Checkbot sales team spent much of the fall of 2026 on the road. Our app for monitoring Yaskawa robots was showcased at industrial trade shows in the United States, Finland, Brazil, and here in the Czech Republic.
Over the course of several weeks, we presented Checkbot alongside the Yaskawa teams at five major industrial trade shows: IMTS in Chicago, Alihankinta in Finland, MSV in Brno, Mercopar in Brasil and FABTECH Expo in the U.S. in the U.S. Joint participation makes sense: Checkbot is part of the Yaskawa ecosystem, so we were able to show booth visitors everything they might be interested in regarding robot monitoring.
But the trade shows were only one part of the program. Just as important were visits to existing customers and companies that had expressed interest in Checkbot—right on the shop floor, where the robots are in operation. That’s where we can best demonstrate what production really needs from monitoring: quick information about unplanned downtime, automatic program backups without interrupting production, or an overview of when maintenance needs to be scheduled.
During the fall tour, we gathered plenty of contacts and even more specific suggestions on how to further develop Checkbot. It is currently operational in 15 countries and monitors over 200 Yaskawa robots at our largest customer’s site.
