On Tuesday, May 20, the Prague headquarters of OKsystem hosted the very first edition of Checkbot Day 2025, an event that brought together dozens of production managers, technicians, automation engineers, and industrial IT specialists.

The morning program offered not only inspiring presentations and live demonstrations from real-world production environments, but most importantly, an open discussion on how companies today approach robot monitoring, data collection, and process digitalization in manufacturing.

A key part of the event was a panel discussion on The Biggest Challenges in Integrating Checkbot into Manufacturing. Representatives from Mubea, Autoneum, the Czech branch of Yaskawa, and the Checkbot development team joined the debate. They shared their hands-on experience with implementing the Checkbot system, highlighted challenges related to integration with existing processes, and presented tangible benefits—from faster failure response and improved predictive maintenance to data-driven decision-making.

Participants appreciated not only the quality of the content but also the informal and collaborative atmosphere. During the networking and workshop sessions, discussions focused on the latest trends in predictive maintenance, the use of AI in manufacturing, and scaling up smart monitoring solutions.

Checkbot Day 2025 clearly demonstrated that interest in manufacturing digitalization is growing, and that companies are actively seeking practical, effective solutions. The exchange of ideas among technology partners, industry experts, and developers brought valuable insights into how modern monitoring can enhance daily operations and support strategic decision-making in manufacturing environments.
