In the project that recognizes purely Czech companies for their contribution to the Czech economy, we took first place within the Prague Capital Region out of 1,978 companies.
The ninth edition of the Czech Leaders Award (OCL), presented by the business platform Helas – Budujeme hrdé Česko under the auspices of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic, knows its winners. Placing at the head of the ranking is a confirmation of our long-term stability and significant contribution to the economic environment of the capital city.
The path to the award led through great competition. The project's guarantor, CRIF – Czech Credit Bureau, nominated a total of 1,978 companies for the 9th edition of the competition based on the evaluation of the Cribis Index data, which assesses the financial stability of the company. The evaluation is based on the assessment of financial indicators from the accounting statements of the last 3 years, but non-financial criteria also enter into it. From a total of 148 finalists, the expert jury then selected the winners – companies that are significant employers with more than 50 employees and simultaneously have an annual turnover exceeding 200 million crowns.
The legacy of a proud Czech Republic
The OCL project aims to recognize companies that, in addition to their economic contribution, also ensure important social stability and create a positive outreach for the republic and the nation. The founder of the OCL and the business platform Helas, Helena Kohoutová, also commented on this: “These are companies that deserve recognition. Their stories, values, and results are proof that Czech business has strong foundations and a future.” And she adds: “Most of the companies that are in the business platform Helas have this aspect strongly encoded within them and either programmatically or quite naturally create good around themselves.”
Second time among the elite of Czech companies
We have claimed victory in the competition for the second time, right after the mandatory two-year break for winners. Martin Procházka, Chairman of the Board, accepted the award on behalf of OKsystem during the ceremonial ceremony. "We greatly appreciate that we have succeeded again among purely Czech companies. OKsystem was evaluated as the leader in Prague, where there is a highly competitive environment. We take this as recognition of the work of hundreds of our employees on a wide range of projects that bring satisfaction to our customers and excellent economic results for decades," said Martin Procházka.
In 2022, we won the All-Republic Leader category under the patronage of the leading Swiss financial consulting company Swiss Life Select. We also took first place within the Prague Capital Region.
