In the campaign, both tennis players find themselves at a job interview at OKsystem, where they showcase their skills to HR representative. And it turns out that tennis and IT have more in common than one might think.

The new campaign builds on previous years’ campaigns and further develops the main message: “A good job is easy to sign off.” This year’s campaign is based on a playful blend of tennis and IT terminology. However, it turns out that the same terms can have different meanings in each context, leading to some amusing moments during the interview.

The campaign also feels authentic because the role of the HR representative was played by OKsystem’s HR Director, Eva Vodenková, rather than a professional actress.

Supporting young talent and Czech sports is a matter close to OKsystem’s heart and a natural part of our corporate culture. We’ve been working with Linda and Jakub for a long time, and we’re absolutely thrilled by their extraordinary achievements this year. Watching Linda’s sensational victory at Wimbledon and Jakub’s fantastic semifinal run at Roland Garros were unforgettable moments for us,” says Martin Procházka, Chairman of the Board of Directors at OKsystem.

The new campaign connects the worlds of tennis and IT through something they have in common—precision, focus, and attention to detail. At the same time, however, we wanted to approach it with a lighthearted touch and a sense of humor to show OKsystem in a slightly different light. We’re still building on the long-standing idea that behind every great piece of work are specific people who can take credit for it.

OKsystem has long supported the Czech Tennis Association and young Czech talents. That’s why we’re launching this campaign around the time of the US Open Grand Slam and the upcoming Davis Cup match between the Czech Republic and the U.S. You’ll see it on TV, online, on news websites, in office buildings, and in outdoor advertising.
