Chief Executive Officer
Vítězslav Ciml is a graduate of the Faculty of Engineering of the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague. Beginning in 2001, he worked in DHL as a programmer and later as IT project manager for sales and marketing. In 2007, he joined Siemens IT Solutions and Services as project manager for implementing SAP.
The following year, he left to work in Dubai managing and acquiring IT projects in the state administration of the United Arab Emirates. He has been working at OKsystem since 2010.
Chairman of the Board
Martin Procházka studied technical cybernetics at the Czech Technical University in Prague. From 1976 to 1990 he worked as a programmer and department head at the Computing Centre of ČKD PRAHA. He is the Co-founder and President of OKsystem. Under his leadership, the firm has become a prominent supplier of program systems and a provider of comprehensive ICT services. Mr. Procházka’s hobbies include tennis, long-distance running and skiing.
Chief Information Officer
Ivo Rosol studied technical cybernetics at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague. As an internal research associate at the Institute of Information Theory and Automation of the Czechoslovak Academy of Sciences, he studied adaptive process management as described by stochastic models. Beginning in 1986, he worked as assistant professor at the Department of Electrical Machines, Apparatus and Drives at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague. There, he taught and conducted research on automated design of electrical machinery until 1990.
Mr. Rosol has been at OKsystem since 1990 and currently works as Chief Information Officer. His specialization today is in business information systems and their analysis, design, implementation and operation. Within this specialization, he focuses on matters of security, applications of cryptographic technology, public key infrastructure (PKI) implementation, electronic signatures and smart cards. He is a member of Technical Committee 224 of the European Committee for Standardization (CEN).
