Chief Executive Officer
Vítězslav graduated from the Faculty of Engineering of the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague. Beginning in 2001, he worked at DHL as a Programmer and later as an IT Project Manager for sales and marketing. In 2007, he joined Siemens IT Solutions and Services as Project Manager tasked with implementing SAP. In 2008, he worked in Dubai managing IT projects in the state administration of the United Arab Emirates. He has been working at OKsystem since 2010, firstly as a Business Development Strategist and in 2017, he was appointed as the CEO.
Chairman of the Board
Martin studied technical cybernetics at the Czech Technical University in Prague. From 1976 to 1990, he worked as a Programmer and Department Head at the Computing Centre of ČKD PRAHA. He is the co-founder of OKsystem and under his leadership, the company has become a prominent supplier of program systems and a provider of comprehensive ICT services.
Pavel graduated in the mathematics from the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics at Charles University in Prague. Between 1980 and 1990 he worked at the Computer Center of ČKD PRAHA as an independent research and development specialist. He is the co-founder and co-owner of OKsystem. He is the Vice-Chairman of the board, as well as the Development Director. His division specializes in information system development for the public sector.
Petr has been working for OKsystem since 2012 and he is responsible for the company´s business and marketing strategy. He manages a team of sales managers and marketing specialists. The Business Department focuses on selling products developed by OKsystem as well as services (e.g. OKbase, a HRIS and Payroll System, OKdox, a document management system or Babelnet).
Business Development Director
Tomáš graduated in Information Management from the Faculty of Informatics and Statistics at the University of Economics in Prague. Before joining OKsystem, he had worked for Oracle as a Key Account Manager for the public sector, then as the Business Development Manager for Microsoft, NESS Czech, and GEM System, where he gained experience managing complex ICT projects. Since 2016, he has been working for OKsystem as a Business Development Director and his main task is to develop business partnerships, maintain client rapport and find new business opportunities.
Human Resources and Operations Director
Eva started working as an intern for OKsystem during her studies at the University of Economics in Prague in the Business Department. After graduating from the university in National Economics, she left for Switzerland to work for one of the most well regarded recruitment agencies, Michael Page. In 2009, she returned to the Czech Republic and continued working for OKsystem as a Business Manager. In 2014, she moved to the HR Department to apply her international experience. In January 2018, she was appointed to the HR and Operations Director.
Director of Software Development
Vojtěch graduated from the Faculty of Theology at the University of South Bohemia. Despite studying humanities, he was more focused on information technologies. Even during his studies, he taught classes in computing and worked at the Audio-visual Center at the university. From 1997, he worked for the Portal publishing house as an IT Manager. In 2010, he became an Analyst and the Head of the OKsystem branch in Brno. As the Analyst, he worked on developing OKbase, a HR and payroll system. In January 2018, he was appointed to the Director of Software Development. Currently, he is tasked with continuing to strengthen OKbase´s position on the market and to manage and push the development of mobile applications, being one of the top IT trends.
Professional Service Director
Petr graduated from the University of West Bohemia in Electronic Computing and started his career as a Programmer at Škoda Controls in Pilsen. Later, he worked as a Project Manager for Professional Services, SUN Microsystems CZ. In 2006, he moved to Siemens IT Solutions and Services and he was working first as the Head of a team of Project Managers, then as a Director of System Integration, which delivered complex, tailored-made projects to the public and private sector. In 2014, he started working for OKsystem and shortly after he was hired, he was named as the Professional Service Director.
Chief Financial Director
Zuzana graduated from the International Economic Relations at the University of Economics in Prague. She started her career at OKsystem as a Financial Accountant in 2000. Then, she became the Head of the Department of Economics and from 2013 to 2017, she worked as the Financial Director. Currently, she is the Chief Financial Officer and Board Member.
