OKbase provides HCM, Payroll, and Time and Attendance at the State Agricultural Intervention Fund. OKbase helps calculate payroll for over 1700 employees and the HCM covers not only personal records, organizational charts, employee evaluation, education and training programs, but also recruitment as well. OKbase has been integrated with their SAP and complies with the Civil Service Code.
